Semi-transparent photograph vignettes of Abraham Lincoln, Civil War generals, and a famous battlefield scene are featured next to the authentic Gettysburg Address written speech. Various samples were created with the vendor in order to create the delicate balance of transparency for each of the four photographs depicted on the gold poster.

Early Concept

An early concept featured a canon vignette on the gold poster and a cursive quote on the mat board. It was designed in a way to feature the full authentic speech.

Booklet

A full booklet was designed, researched and written by me to enhance the customer experience for this product. The booklet cover features elements from the product such as Abraham Lincoln's photograph, the canons and a portion of the Gettysburg Address written speech.

Booklet Layout

The full speech is included in the booklet, along with famous illustrations and photographs from the Gettysburg Address and the Battle of Gettysburg. I researched the history of the speech and battle thoroughly and composited them into the booklet for the reader to enjoy.
